Her focus is to provide the best service possible for clients to make well-informed decisions when buying or selling by keeping all lines of communication open and fulfilling a high standard of due diligence. Julia’s experience has landed her in a place to be able to give different perspectives with knowledge in all aspects of the real estate industry with 12+ years of experience from managing a conveyancing department, working in mortgage investments, to alongside BC’s top producing agents.
Julia was born and raised on Vancouver Island and is a strong advocate for the West Coast lifestyle by exploring each part of the island from the great outdoors to the vibrant city life of Downtown Victoria. She has a strong sense of what each community has to offer and prides herself on providing valuable information on the lifestyle that can be expected in each community.
